FAQ

Do I need to be a registered company to participate?

No. Individuals can apply. Stripe Connect handles payouts to either business or individual accounts depending on your tax residency.

When does the 90-day attribution window start?

When the referred user first lands on app.devaisuite.com via your tracking link. The cookie + identity-stitched session lasts 90 days; if they sign up within that window, you get credited even if they didn't sign up on the first visit.

Can I be both a partner and a customer?

Yes. Many of our partners run quality consultancies that use DevAI Suite themselves. You don't earn commission on your own subscription, but you keep your customer pricing for life under the Founding Member program.

What happens if a referred customer cancels?

Commission stops the month the subscription ends. There's no clawback — you keep everything earned through the active period. If the customer reactivates within 90 days, you resume earning.

How are conflicts handled if two partners refer the same customer?

Last-touch attribution within the 90-day window — the most recent valid referral link wins. We surface this transparently in the partner dashboard so you can see when a referral was overridden.

Is there a partner tier above 10%?

For high-volume resellers with three or more active subscriptions, we negotiate volume tiers. Reach out — we don't publish them publicly because they vary by region and segment.

When are payouts processed?

Monthly, around the 5th of each month, for the previous month's earned commission. Minimum payout threshold is $50; balances roll over until the threshold is met.

Do I need a specific certification to be approved?

No formal certification is required. We approve based on relevance — manufacturing or quality consulting experience, ERP / MES delivery work, association credentials, or audience demonstrably overlapping with manufacturing decision-makers.
