Data Requests
This page explains how individuals may submit privacy and data rights requests to DevAI.
1. Who Can Use This Page
You may use this page if you are:
- a website visitor;
- an individual account holder;
- a user of a DevAI workspace;
- a contact person interacting with DevAI for sales, support, or billing;
- a person whose data may have been included in information provided to DevAI.
If your personal data is processed by DevAI on behalf of your employer or another organization, you may need to direct your request first to that organization, because it may be the controller of your data.
2. Types of Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- access to your personal data;
- correction of inaccurate personal data;
- deletion of personal data;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to certain processing;
- portability of certain personal data;
- withdrawal of consent where applicable.
3. How to Submit a Request
Email your request to: info@devaisuite.com
Please include:
- your full name;
- your email address;
- the nature of your request;
- your relationship to DevAI;
- enough information for us to identify the relevant records.
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
4. Authorized Agents
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
5. Response Timelines
We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law.
Typical public-law timing references include:
- EEA / UK: generally within one month, with limited extensions where permitted;
- Switzerland: generally within 30 days for access information;
- California: generally 45 calendar days for certain verified requests, with a possible extension where allowed.
6. Limits and Exceptions
We may deny or limit a request where permitted by applicable law, including where:
- we cannot verify identity;
- the request concerns data controlled by a customer rather than DevAI;
- an exemption or legal obligation applies;
- the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive where the law permits such treatment.
7. Complaints
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may have the right to complain to an applicable supervisory or regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
